House of Raige LLC – Shipping, Refund and Cancellation Policy

This policy will outline how we handle shipping, returns, cancellations and exchanges. Throughout this policy we will refer to the House of Raige LLC and its website as “House of Raige, the Site, Our, We, Us” The House of Raige is an ecommerce site. By using this site, you understand and acknowledge this policy and by placing an order you agree to be bound to the policies herein.

  1. Order Processing

Please note: Processing time is separate from shipping.

Processing is the amount of time it takes for the House of Raige to prepare and pack your order.

Shipping is the amount of time a carrier takes to deliver your order to you.  

The House of Raige has a processing time of 72 hours (three [3] business days) to send out your order. While most orders are typically sent out the same or next day. Our processing may increase to seven (7) business days during sales, promotions, and Holiday seasons.

Customers who choose express shipping will have their order processed within 24 hours. (Not Including weekends and holidays)

Products on backorder, preorder, or made-to-order have an additional processing time, listed in each individual product page. That processing time overrides our standard processing time.

When your order is placed you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order. This is not your shipping confirmation email. You will receive a separate email when your order has been sent to the shipping provider.

We reserve the right to withhold any packages for any amount of time in the event we have legitimate reason to believe there may be suspicious or fraudulent activity within your account or purchases. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any orders, without notice, at any time, and for any reason we deem reasonably appropriate to protect Our Business.   1. Shipping

Shipping time will vary based on a variety of factors including the shipping carrier, shipping speed and distance between you and Us. House of Raige is located in Buffalo, New York. As such, an order shipping within New York will typically arrive quicker than an order shipped to California.

We may provide different shipping options for you to choose from when you place your order. These are subject to change and without notice. Please choose your method of shipping carefully. Once your shipping choice is confirmed and your order is sent out, there is no way to change it. If your order is still processing and you wish to amend your orders shipping address, please contact us immediately with your order number so that we may be able to adjust your order.

Bear in mind, it is NOT a guarantee we will be able to amend your order. You assume full responsibility for the shipping information you provide and shipping option you choose!

Your tracking number and shipping status is provided in your shipping confirmation email. (This is the follow up email to your order confirmation email)

  1. Delivery

Once a package has been sent to the carrier you selected during checkout, Shipping and delivery times are completely out of our control. We understand how frustrating it can be when your order does not arrive as provided by the carrier. The House of Raige will do its best to mitigate any issues that may arise from late shipping and delivery.

We rely on our customers to provide an address that is suitable to receive packages. When necessary, if you believe the address provided not suitable for deliveries, please take advantage of the shipping options, and choose a carrier that allows you to hold your package at their facility.

**We are not liable or responsible for any orders that have been marked as delivered and have subsequently been lost or stolen**

Sometimes orders can take longer than a carriers advertised delivery date to arrive. We hope our customers understand this is also out of our control and we assume no responsibility when these situations occur. It is our policy to allow for an additional two weeks from the carrier’s advertised delivery date before we step in to remediate the situation.

  1. Reshipping Orders

Orders returned to us with inaccurate shipping information or failure to collect, will require a new shipping label to be purchased. If you choose not to repurchase shipping we will assume you are forfeiting your order. You will have fourteen (14) days from the day your order is returned to us to pay for reshipping or risk forfeiting your order. You understand that you are responsible for providing accurate shipping information and the House of Raige is not required to reship your order should you refuse to pay for reshipping.

  1. Cancellations

We currently do not accept cancellations for any reason. We advise you to be absolutely sure you want your item, and that all information is correct before placing your order.

  1. Exchanges

We offer a 30 day exchange policy to customers who need to swap items in their order for a similar product of a different size/color. Please contact us within thirty (30) days upon delivery of your order. The email subject line must include the word “Exchange” followed by your order or receipt number. In the body of your email please include what items from your order you wish to exchange, and what Size/ Color you wish to receive.

When returning or exchanging an order you are responsible for repackaging and mailing the package back to us. You will be sent a return label to the email provided. Once you receive your return label, it is your responsibility to print the label and repackage your order. When you apply the return label to the package please make sure there are no creases and wrinkles, the barcode and address must remain visible. It is important that you are packaging the product in a manner that will keep protected while shipping, returns that are damaged in shipping due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

Once your exchanged order is received, we will begin processing your replacement order to be sent out.

  1. Return Policy

We hope you love your products; however, if you need to make a return, please email us within thirty (30) days of delivery of your order. The email subject line must include the word “Return” followed by your order or receipt number. In the body of your email please include the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.

When returning or exchanging an order, customers are responsible for return shipping. Upon receival of your returned package, we will begin to issue a refund to the method of payment used at time of purchase. Please allow your bank 5-7 business days to process and accept the refund. We are only able to issue a refund to the payment method used at time of sale.

  1. Limitations and restrictions

8a. Original shipping cost is nonrefundable. Any orders returned that qualified for free shipping will have that order’s total shipping cost deducted from their refund.

8b. Any item returned to us must be in the condition it was sold in. Including all attached tags and labels. We will not accept any returns that are worn, damaged, dirty, washed and/or dried or otherwise unable to be resold.

8c. Products that were marked “on sale”, “Clearance” or “promotional” are unable to be returned.

8d. Products listed “Not available to return” or ‘Final Sale” are unable to be returned or exchanged. Such items may include but are not limited to- products related to health or hygiene, body jewelry, custom orders, and one of a kind products. These products cannot be exchanged even if they are still in their original packaging.

8e. Exchanges should be of equal value. If for any reason you exchange for a more expensive product, you will be responsible for paying the difference. At this time, we cannot exchange any items for a less expensive product.

8f. Exchanges are subject to availability. We do not guarantee exchanges for items not currently in stock or no longer produced.

8g. You must be able to provide your order or receipt number. We will not process exchanges or returns for customers who do not have their order or receipt number. Your order or receipt confirmation will be sent to the email that was provided to us at the time of sale. Your receipt and order number may be case sensitive, Please type it exactly as it appears in your email.

8h. The cost of your return label will be deducted from your refund.

  1. Preorders, Backorders and Made-to-order

Processing time is extended for preorders, back orders, and made-to-order products.

If an item is available for preorder or back order it will be stated in the item description and/or in the item “add to cart” section and check out page. Processing time for these types of products is extended and will vary by product. Some products may have variations that are on backorder while others are currently in stock.

  1. Right to make Changes

We reserve the right to change this policy at any time. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this policy before placing an order. Your use of the site after any such changes have been made will constitute as your acknowledgement and acceptance of these terms. A notice of any updates may be sent to the email address on file, it is your responsibility to keep your email current to receive notice of any changes.
