Rainbow Rink Skating & Entertainment Center Rainbow Roller Rink was built in 1949 by Herbert and Ella Bale and is still family owned and operated by their grandson Maurice Cooper, along with his wife and son. Rainbow has been a popular recreation spot in North Tonawanda and enjoyed by western New Yorkers for over 65 years.
